Event Hire in County Laois

From the streets of Portlaoise to the gardens of Emo Court, events in County Laois need equipment that can handle changeable weather, varied venues and different crowd sizes. Cromore Events supplies organisers across the county with hire solutions covering structures, seating, catering kit, inflatables and essential site services.

Many clients begin with shelter. Our marquee hire options cover everything from mini marquees and instant shelters for stalls to large marquees for concerts, shows and civic ceremonies. Weddings often make use of wedding marquees paired with Chiavari chairs, banquet tables and poseur tables. For more informal seating, picnic benches and garden benches are available.

Lighting and power are essential, particularly for events that run into the evening in Portlaoise or Abbeyleix. We supply generator hire, festoon lighting, fairy lights and lighting towers. Cold weather is handled with indirect heaters and patio heaters. For hygiene and facilities, we stock portable toilets, luxury toilets and hand washing units.

Entertainment in Laois is wide-ranging. Schools and youth clubs often book inflatable hire such as assault courses, rock n roll, bungee runs and helter skelter slides. For younger children, we offer toddler playzones, small castles and disco domes. Festivals and team-building events often add human table football, fun casino tables or climbing walls.

Food and drink options are popular at town events and heritage festivals. We hire fun food stands such as hot dogs, crêpes and waffles, slush machines and popcorn and candyfloss. Market setups can be arranged with market huts, trader cabins, chalets and event kiosks. To support caterers, we provide fridge hire with both double and single door models.

Stages and sound are often requested for concerts and official events. Our range includes stages, mobile stages and conference platforms, supported by DJ and PA hire. Many organisers also add photo booths or selfie mirrors for guest engagement.

From Portlaoise town squares to wedding venues in Abbeyleix and festivals in Mountmellick, we deliver, install and collect on schedule. Contact us with your event brief and we’ll prepare a tailored hire package for County Laois.
