Event Hire in County Mayo

County Mayo has one of the busiest community calendars in the west of Ireland. From Westport music festivals to Castlebar fun days, Ballina parades and weddings in rural venues, organisers need a hire partner that can handle both the practical site services and the attractions that keep guests engaged. Cromore Events supplies equipment countywide, with delivery, setup and collection included.

Structures and seating are a core part of our range. We hire marquees in all sizes: large marquees for concerts and exhibitions, wedding marquees for receptions, and mini marquees or instant shelters for traders. Interiors can be arranged with banquet tables, Chiavari chairs, rustic trestles and poseur tables. Outdoors, picnic benches and garden benches provide casual seating.

Facilities and logistics are just as important. We supply portable toilets and luxury toilet units, sanitising stations and portable sinks. Power and lighting are covered with generators, festoon strings, lighting towers and LED tubes. For colder evenings, indirect heaters and patio heaters are available. Site routes are managed with trackway mats and barriers.

Entertainment in Mayo varies by audience. Festivals and fun days often book inflatable hire such as assault courses, helter skelter slides, bungee runs and disco domes. Sports clubs and schools like human table football, giant chess and Catch the Light. For families, petting farms, walkabout mascots and face painting are ideal.

Catering and markets are supported with fun foods including hot dog stalls, crêpes and waffles, slush machines, pick n mix and ice cream vans. For market organisers, we stock market kiosks, huts, chalets and cabins. Back-of-house kit includes fridge hire and mobile bars.

Stages and sound are often requested for Mayo concerts and parades. Our hire includes stage hire, mobile stages and conference platforms, supported by DJ and PA hire and sound systems. Organisers often add photo booths or selfie mirrors for extra engagement.

From Ballina River Festivals to Castlebar Christmas markets, wedding marquees in rural venues and sports fundraisers in Westport, we provide a reliable event hire service across County Mayo. Contact us with your event details to get started.
