Event Hire in County Offaly

County Offaly’s event calendar ranges from Tullamore agricultural shows to Birr Castle festivals, Edenderry fun days and Banagher fairs. Cromore Events provides organisers with hire solutions that bring together seating, cover, facilities, entertainment and catering in one straightforward service. We deliver, set up and collect across the county, ensuring your programme runs smoothly.

Structures and furniture are a starting point for many clients. Our marquee hire includes large marquees for agricultural shows and concerts, wedding marquees for receptions, and mini marquees for small sites. Inside, choose table and chair hire such as 6ft rounds, rustic trestles or Chiavari chairs. Outdoor seating can be covered with picnic benches or garden benches.

Facilities include portable toilets, luxury units, sanitising stations and portable sinks. For safety and comfort, we stock generator hire, festoon runs, lighting towers and indirect heaters. Access mats and barriers are also available.

Entertainment is varied. For schools and sports clubs we hire inflatables like assault courses, bungee runs, rock n roll joust and disco domes. Agricultural shows may add climbing walls, petting farms and mascots. Corporate groups enjoy fun casinos or team challenges.

Catering options include hot dog carts, crêpe stalls, candyfloss machines, slush machines and ice cream vans. Markets and fairs can be fitted out with market huts, chalets and cabins, backed up with fridge hire and mobile bars.

Stages and sound are regularly booked for parades, concerts and festivals. Our range includes stage hire, mobile stages and award ceremony platforms. For audio, we provide DJ and PA hire and event sound systems. Many events also add photo booths or selfie mirrors.

From Tullamore shows to Birr festivals, weddings in Edenderry and parades in Banagher, we cover all of County Offaly with reliable event hire. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
