Established in 2006, we have built a strong reputation for professionalism, creativity and reliability, delivering events throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the UK. Our friendly and experienced team works with community groups, councils, schools and multinational corporations to create memorable and well-organised occasions.

What kinds of events do you organise?

We manage and support a wide range of events including corporate open days, council celebrations, fun days, team-building events, weddings, community festivals, product launches and family entertainment days. We also assist with charity events, agricultural shows and seasonal attractions such as Christmas markets and switch-on events.

Do you provide full event planning and management?

Yes. Cromore Events can plan and manage your entire event from start to finish. Our event planners take care of every detail, working closely with you from the initial concept through to post-event review. We handle logistics, supplier coordination, equipment setup and on-site management, ensuring your event runs smoothly and meets all objectives. Alternatively, we can manage just the specific elements you find most challenging.

Can you work with specific budgets?

We appreciate that every client has unique requirements and budget constraints. With years of experience working with councils, community organisations and businesses of all sizes, we can tailor a bespoke package that delivers value while maintaining high standards. From small community gatherings to large-scale corporate productions, we match the service level to your goals and financial plan.

What kind of event equipment do you supply?

We offer an extensive hire range that includes marquees, stages, lighting and sound systems, generators, crowd barriers, trackway mats, portable toilets, heating, furniture, and catering facilities. We also supply entertainment equipment such as bouncy castles, inflatables, funfair rides, mobile play parks, photo booths, mobile bars and petting farms. All equipment is delivered, installed and removed by trained staff.

What are your funfair and fairground hire options?

Our funfair hire service provides everything from traditional family rides to exciting modern attractions. The selection includes children’s favourites like Teacups and Carousels as well as thrill rides such as motion simulators. All funfair equipment is maintained to the highest standards, thoroughly cleaned and supplied in safe working order. We can also provide trained supervision and full event management for your fairground setup.

Do you provide children’s entertainment and inflatables?

Yes. Cromore Events offers one of the most comprehensive inflatable hire selections in Ireland and the UK. Our range includes bouncy castles for all age groups, inflatable slides, assault courses, obstacle courses, activity inflatables, trampolines and disco domes. We also provide competitive games and challenges designed for both children and adults, creating laughter and interaction at every event.

What is the mobile play park you offer?

Our Jungle mobile play park is the largest mobile playground in the UK and Ireland. Built into a 50-foot trailer, it contains a variety of soft play and adventure activities suitable for children. It is perfect for council fun days, product launches, town openings and large outdoor events, offering a safe and exciting attraction for younger visitors.

Do you cater for both indoor and outdoor events?

Yes. Our equipment and services are suitable for all types of venues, whether you’re hosting an indoor exhibition, a marquee wedding, a city centre event or an outdoor festival. We provide everything from weatherproof structures and heating for outdoor sites to professional staging, lighting and audio for indoor performances or conferences.

Can Cromore Events provide catering options?

We supply a wide selection of catering and fun food units for all kinds of events. Popular choices include hot dogs, crêpes, waffles, donuts, popcorn, candyfloss, slush machines, chocolate fountains and ice cream vans. For traders and market organisers, we can provide traditional market huts, chalets and kiosks, supported by fridge hire, mobile bars and hand-washing facilities.

Do you offer event hire outside Ireland?

Yes. While based in Northern Ireland, we regularly provide event management and hire services across the UK, including parts of Scotland and England. Our experienced team travels with all necessary equipment and vehicles to manage deliveries and installations efficiently wherever the event is held.

What safety standards do you follow?

All equipment provided by Cromore Events is regularly inspected, tested and maintained in line with current safety regulations. Inflatables are supplied with valid test certificates, and our funfair rides undergo strict maintenance checks. Event staff are trained in safe operation and supervision, and we can assist with risk assessments and on-site management to ensure compliance with local authority requirements.

Do you provide event staff and supervision?

Yes. Many of our hire options can include experienced staff for operation and supervision. We can also provide complete event management teams to oversee site setup, entertainment schedules, crowd control and safety coordination. This gives organisers the reassurance that every element is handled professionally from start to finish.

What is bouncy castle and inflatable leasing?

Cromore Events offers bouncy castle and inflatable leasing across the UK and Ireland. This long-term hire option allows companies and individuals to operate their own inflatable without the large initial purchase cost. Leasing contracts typically run for a minimum of six months and are ideal for testing new markets or meeting seasonal demand. All leased units are manufactured by Airquee, include blowers and pegs, and come tested for the duration of the hire.

Is leasing cost-effective?

Yes. Many customers use leased inflatables multiple times each week, generating a strong return on investment. Leasing can also help event companies handle surge demand during peak seasons, such as summer or holiday periods, without needing to buy additional stock. It’s a flexible, affordable way to expand your hire capacity or trial a new product before committing to a purchase.

How is leased equipment managed and maintained?

Leased inflatables must be insured by the hirer and are covered by Cromore Events for fair wear and tear. All equipment supplied is less than one season old, delivered with test certificates, and must be returned in good condition. Any accidental or malicious damage should be reported immediately and repaired by Cromore Events or an approved repair centre.

Do you deliver and install all hire equipment?

Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are included as part of our service. Our trained team ensures each item is safely installed and tested before use. After the event, we manage dismantling and removal, leaving your site clean and tidy.
